Due to the hygienic and personal nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Fragrances, sample sets, or testers

  • Gifted items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Processing times may vary by payment provider.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
